We invite you to Mexic-Arte Museum’s 2020 Catrina Gala en Famila: A Family Affair & Virtual Edition. This year, proceeds from the virtual Gala will benefit our award winning education programs in underserved schools, and Museum operations, both in dire need of funding due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and economic crisis. The Catrina Gala is a spirited annual benefit recognizing Mexic-Arte Museum’s present accomplishments in visual arts and art education. We commemorate the Museum’s 36 years of presenting critically acclaimed exhibitions, award-winning education programs, and unique cultural events. 

Join us in this historic moment and experience a thrilling, standout virtual gala, while supporting the Mexic-Arte Museum in Central Texas, all from the comfort of your own home with friends and family.

• Prepared by Fonda San Miguel includes delicious tamales, quesadillas and cookies family style for groups of 2, 4, 6 and 8 that can be enjoyed at home while watching the Catrina Gala Program.   
• An Ofrenda/Altar kit that can be assembled to honor family members or friends.  
• A link to the Dia de los Muertos Day of the Dead Education Guide with activities, art activities, and recipes.  
• The link to the Catrina Gala en Familia Virtual Program will be emailed to the party/family pack purchaser the day of event.
